This book was great, a unique story from any rocker book I've read, it has your typical rocker lifestyle, drugs, alcohol, women, living the high life, but the back story for these 2 is amazing. You are rooting for Lily and Trevin from the first chapter.
Lily and Trevin grew up together, they are best friends who live next door to each other. They changed each others life for the best in the beginning but as they grew up they started to change. Trevin follows his dream and in the process changes and not for the better, Lily tries to hold on but eventually loses herself.
There are so many roads these two travel together, all of which they hope bring them back to each other where they belong. It's a long journey and no matter what happens destiny is always the driving force to lead people to where they are meant to me.
There is ALOT of angst in this book in my opinion, when it comes to the possibility of other women it breaks my heart when you are rooting on Lily. I'm not saying this is a cheating book, just wanted to throw that in there for y'all to know :)
