Holy moly! I fell HARD & FAST for Mason King!!! I just had to get that out first!
Brooke was introduced in Sweet Addiction, Juls sister who starts working at Dylan's bakery. Brooke is a FIRECRACKER! She loves sex & there is nothing wrong with that.
She asks a good question.
"Why can men have sex all the time with random women & it's ok, but if a woman does it, she's automatically a whore" (paraphrasing here)I often question that myself.
Anyways, moving on!
She thinks she can get Mason King in the sack, but what he really wants is the chance to know her, be her friend & take her out on dates. Foreign territory for our lead heroine. I relate to her feelings! Not many men in the real world would turn down a POA, for something real.
Sigh... This is why I read fictional romance. I have hope. 😍
Mason King is definitely at the top of the book boyfriend list with his ... Yeah's & his cute Aussie accent & the way he just makes me melt!! I mean, Brooke 😏
You don't have to read the first two book of J. Daniels Sweet's stories but it would be helpful!
